If your account is suspended for reasons unrelated to fraud or a terms violation, any valid cash balance in your account will be returned once the investigation and verification process is complete. However, if the suspension results from a serious breach of terms — such as fraud or operating multiple accounts — wealthclub33 reserves the right to forfeit all balances, including cash and bonuses, without compensation.
